Lila 2 weeks old

Lila is doing great! She is gaining weight, and has just started to look and smile at us. The new parents are doing well too. Lila has been very patient with us as we scramble to try and figure out all her wants and needs. We've learned a lot in just 2 weeks. Our little girl fills our day with joy and happiness. We love her so much.

Home Sweet Home!

Micky and I returned home from the hospital on Super Tuesday! A memorable day for us and America. GO OBAMA!! We're so happy to have lovely Lila home. She enjoys walks in the field, listening to the Pouges, staying up all night and constant feedings. A few photos from week 1.

Her Name Is Lila...

On day three in the hospital Emily and Micky decided on a name for the baby. Some time in the night while they slept she whispered from her nursery cradle "call me Lila".

A beautiful name for a beautiful baby.

Baby McSorley, Queen of Our Hearts

The second day of life has done wonders for Miss McSorley. She's looking very pink and well rested. She's very passionate about feeding, snoozing, and looking super cute wrapped up in her blankets, like a burrito.
